Create new Account for client

Create sub account for project for client

Create product as project type/description if necessary

Tie all collaboration/communication to sub account (project)

Assign tasks, events etc. to the project

Set up sub task to track milestones (check if possible)

Attach documents to the project

Create notes as forum posts

Create contacts -  internal  and external pertaining to project/account

Check to see if client can view the project progress info (check if possible)

May want to keep some communication private (check if possible)

May need to schedule email notification for project updates/progress
